In this consultation we will discuss what rooms you would like to have staged and then decide on
a date and time to complete the work.
In room staging we
will utilize your furnishings, and maybe add a few things if necessary, to get your room to show off its features. You
don't want your furnishings detracting from your homes wonderful features. You want the buyers to see the
home not the furnishings but we all know well decorated homes always show better.
Think about when you go into model homes and how great they look, they make you want to buy them.

Staging
Consultations and Door to Door Checklists start at $100 for the first hour of service and $50.00 for each additional hour.
